FAIR SHIPPING POLICY

Sweet Solutions shipping policy is to provide our customers efficient, dependable order delivery at reasonable prices. Our standard shipping fees cover our basic packing and shipping costs - without excessive handling fees or other charges. In addition, all orders over $75.00 are eligible for free Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping Charge. Shipping fees for orders under $75.00 are just $0.99 per order within the United States.

Free Shipping over $75. All U.S. orders over $75.00 will automatically receive Free Standard Shipping!

Standard Shipping Methods. Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. At our discretion, we may also ship your order via USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express or other carriers depending upon your shipping address, order details and the performance of carriers.

Express Shipping & Charge: Express Shipping is available, and can be chose during the Check Out. A flat Express Shipping fee is just 12.95 per order for all U.S. orders.

Delivery Times. Typical delivery times are 3 to 7 days from the shipping date for most items. We maintain a full inventory of products, and over 90% of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If your product request is back-ordered or we expect an unusual shipping delay, we will promptly notify you via email.

International Orders. Shipping is available to most international destinations for a standard fee of $24.95 per order, which will be automatically added to your shopping cart upon checkout. International Shipping is typically via USPS Global Priority Mail (where available). Delivery times vary depending on the destination. International shipping to some non-standard destinations which do not accept USPS Global Priority Mail may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge (any such surcharge will be automatically shown on your order prior to checkout). Sweet Solutions may be unable to ship to some international destinations due to local customs regulations. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, duties or other customs fees assessed in the country of delivery. Check with your local customs regulations prior to ordering. If your order is refused by local customs and returned intact to Sweet Solutions, we will refund your original order amount (less any shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee).

Other Information. Additional charges may be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our merchant processor's secure server (Sweet Solutions does not store your credit card information).
However, even with our extra security precautions, we recognize that not everyone wants to or feels comfortable purchasing online with credit cards. For these customers, we offer a number of other ways to purchase from Sweet Solutions website.

Phone Orders

To keep our prices low, Sweet Solutions provides an online store with all orders made through our secure online shopping cart. However, as a courtesy to our customers who prefer to place their orders over the phone instead of online, we recently hired a team of operators to take phone orders. You may now place your order via the phone 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Please note that this phone line is for new orders only. Please DO NOT call this number to ask product questions or inquire about your order status - the operators are unable to answer these questions and you will only get frustrated. Additional Information about Our Sites
Visiting Our Sites: In general, you can visit our Sites without telling us who you are or providing us with any information.
